No. There is no setup fee. We charge a monthly flat rate fee based on your number of rooms, upfront.

Yes, we require payment monthly.

You can also choose to pay in advance for 6 months and get 5% discount or one year in advance and get 10% off.

Yes you can cancel anytime, without obligation. We don’t tie you into long-term contracts. We are partners while it works for you.

No. NightsBridge is a service provider that facilitates information exchanges between you and several websites. We do not charge a commission, only a monthly flat-rate fee.

Some booking websites, such as Booking.com, charge a commission per booking.

Each partner site that you select via your NightsBridge Channel Manager will have a direct relationship with you, in regards to commissions, listing requirements, payments, etc.

There is no commission on the bookings you get via the NightsBridge booking button on your website.

NightsBridge only charges a connection fee to International Channels if you’re on our old billing model or you’re running a Multi-Property account.

A monthly update fee of R45 ex VAT for RSA & Namibia or $3.00 for International clients could apply per Hotel ID connected.

No. There is no fee to add the feature for potential guests to check availability and book online via your website. There may be a once-off cost from your website developer to add the feature. The setup is simple and fast and we are happy to discuss the best process directly with your web provider.

There is no cost for your customers to pay you by EFT.


All fees for credit card payments are billed by your bank. NightsBridge does not charge any fees for credit card payments.

Yes. We currently free integration links to TallOrder, Pilot and Semper technology.

There is no fee for connecting to NightsBridge. Once connected with your preferred Point-of-Sale partner you will have a direct financial relationship with them, for the use of their system. Your monthly NightsBridge fee stays the same.

No, there is no cost. The NightsBridge ‘Book Now’ feature works automatically on all smartphones, tablets and desktop computers. You can receive bookings from guests on any platform they choose.

No you don’t pay anything extra to log onto your NightsBridge system from any phone that has a browser. You simply use NightsBridge login details.

You can also download the NightsBridge app for free for Android or iPhone. This gives you access to your booking information – again at no extra cost.
