Is there a setup fee?


No. There is no setup fee. We only charge a monthly flat-rate fee based on your number of rooms. Depending on the partner sites you choose to link to, there may be a monthly fee.


Do you charge commissions on bookings?


No. NightsBridge is a service provider that facilitates information exchanges between you and several websites. We do not charge a commission, only a monthly flat-rate fee.


When do I pay commission on bookings?


Some booking websites, such as Booking.com, charge a commission per booking.
Each partner site that you select via your Channel Manager will have a direct relationship with you, in regards to commissions, listing requirements, payments, etc.


Is there a cost to link to online booking channels such as Booking.com?


We do not charge to link to most partner websites. However, certain booking channels such as Booking.com require NightsBridge to push your availability to their extranet calendar. We call these channels extranets. The updating of extranets is charged at R30 per extranet per month excluding VAT. Other extranets are Expedia and Agoda.


Do I pay to add the BookNow feature to my website?


No. There is no fee to add the feature for potential guests to check availability and book online via your website. There may be a once-off cost from your website developer to add the feature. The set up is simple and fast and we are happy to discuss the best process directly with your web provider.


Is there a fee for customers to book on my website with their mobile devices?


No, there is no cost as the NightsBridge BookNow feature works automatically on all smartphones, tablets and desktop computers. You can receive bookings from guests on any platform they choose.


Do I pay extra to access Nightsbridge on my smartphone?


No you don’t pay anything extra to log onto your NightsBridge system from any phone that has a browser. You simply use your BBID and password. You can also download the MobiBridge app for free for Android or iPhone. This gives you access to your booking information – again at no extra cost.


What do I pay for customers to make EFT payments online?


There is no cost for your customers to pay you by EFT.


Is there a cost to take credit card payments?


All fees for credit card payments are billed by your bank. NightsBridge does not charge any fees for credit card payments unless you are using our in-house credit card gateway called PayBridge.


Can we pay monthly or get discounts for advance payments?


Yes, we require payment monthly. You can also choose to pay in advance for 6 months and get 5% discount or a year in advance and get 10% off.


What if we need help, is there a cost for support?


We provide unlimited phone and email support during office hours for no cost. We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer support.


Can we cancel our account at any time?


Yes you can cancel anytime, without obligation. We don’t tie you into long-term contracts. We are partners while it works for you.
