NightsBridge integration with Opera and ResRequest
NightsBridge is proud to announce full integration with 2 more Property Management Systems, namely Micros Opera and ResRequest. This enables even more establishments to distribute their availability through NightsBridge’s extensive network of local and international marketing channels.
If you want to take realtime bookings online and update your websites or agents with live availability data, your inventory needs to be updated somewhere. The best place to get the availability information is the system where you add all your bookings. E.g. when you get an email or phone booking, it goes into your front-office booking system (Property Management System, or PMS).
NightsBridge’s big value-add is that it can connect directly to your existing system, if you have one. Current integrations include systems like InnKeeper, Hotelier, Guestmanager, Panstrat and Semper.
The newest systems to be added to this list are Micros Opera and ResRequest.
We now offer a full two-way integration to Opera, via OWS (an additional module provided by Micros), facilitated through a third-party provider. Opera is generally used by large hotels and lodges who require conference and catering management and materials control in addition to property management.
ResRequest provides specialised software to safari lodge and boutique hotel groups requiring central reservation management. Our initial integrations are working extremely well for the lodge groups and hotels already connected. We look forward to welcoming establishments from this niche market onto the NightsBridge system.
Of course, if you are still using a diary or Excel spreadsheet to keep your bookings up-to-date, keep in mind that the NightsBridge system includes its own front office system to make life a lot easier!
